Thank you Pawan. I've not done a valuation exercise yet to give a probabilistic answer. But there are some plus points here - a) a duopoly situation and b) BSE will replicate what NSE is doing ... which means at some point of time, BSE should have atleast a third of the revenue pot. In numbers, BSE's annual revenue is 900 crores against NSE's 12,000 crores -- so there is a lot of headroom. Btw, did you know the NSE is the world's largest derivatives exchange (for 4 years running)
